Terms & Conditions

  • Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Occupancy: Tariff is applicable for 2 persons per room. Additional guests will be charged separately.
  • Adult Policy: Individuals aged 12 years and above are charged full rate.
  • Advance Payment: Online payments must be credited at least 72 hours before check-in.
  • Extra Person Rate: Rs. 800/- per person.
  • Food Policy: Room tariff does not include breakfast unless mentioned.
  • Government Taxes: GST applicable as per norms.
  • Tariff Policy: Rates may change without prior notice.
  • ID Proof: Valid Government ID mandatory for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation charges vary depending on the time of cancellation and the booking category.

  • Free Cancellation: Available before the cancellation deadline mentioned during booking.
  • Post Deadline Cancellation: Charges apply as per room category and stay duration.
  • One-Night Penalty: Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will be charged one night's tariff.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Fully prepaid reservations are strictly non-refundable.
  • No-Show: Guests who do not arrive without notice will be charged the full stay amount.
